Largest residential project built in a New Mexico Opportunity Zone will provide additional housing options and new jobs amidst region’s housing shortage

By the end of April 2023, Price is expected to release a combined 715 lots, 155 in the Aspire community in southwest Albuquerque, 270 in Los Diamantes in south Rio Rancho, 116 in Colibri in Santa Fe and 174 in the Mariposa community in northern Rio Rancho.

The 710-lot development, proposed by Esencia Holdings LLC, would have a minimum of 608 single-family homes, 80 of which would be offered at rates considered affordable, or below the market value.
