Price Land and Development Group is pleased to welcome Travis Lopez as the newest member of its team, joining as Land Development Superintendent. Travis brings valuable field experience, strong leadership, and a hands-on approach to managing land development operations. In this role, he will support the successful execution of active projects by overseeing day-to-day site activities and ensuring work is completed in alignment with engineering plans, safety standards, and company goals. His addition strengthens the company’s commitment to delivering well-planned, high-quality residential communities through experienced field leadership and coordinated project execution.
A Key Role in Field Operations
As Land Development Superintendent, Travis Lopez plays a critical role in the daily operations of active development sites. He is responsible for overseeing on-site construction activities and ensuring that all work is carried out according to approved civil engineering plans, municipal requirements, and established safety protocols. Travis works closely with contractors, utility providers, consultants, and internal teams to keep projects moving efficiently. His ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders in real time helps ensure that schedules remain on track and that construction progresses smoothly from one phase to the next.
Strong Experience in Construction and Land Development
Before joining Price Land and Development Group, Travis served as a Project Manager with Sall’s Brothers Construction in Albuquerque, New Mexico. In that role, he managed a wide range of land development and construction projects from pre-construction planning through final completion.
His experience includes overseeing excavation, grading, infrastructure installation, and site preparation for residential subdivisions, multifamily developments, and commercial projects. He also gained extensive experience working with civil engineering plans, coordinating subcontractors, and managing project timelines and documentation.This background provides him with a strong foundation in both field operations and project coordination.

Travis brings more than four years of hands-on experience in land development and construction management, along with a reputation for being detail-oriented, reliable, and adaptable in fast-paced job site environments. He is known for his ability to stay focused on both the big picture and the fine details, ensuring that field operations remain efficient while meeting design and quality expectations. His leadership style emphasizes communication, accountability, and problem-solving, all of which contribute to well-managed and productive job sites.

Safety is a core priority in Travis’s work. He holds an OSHA 10-Hour Construction Certification and is committed to maintaining safe, organized, and compliant job sites.
