Price Land Development Group’s president Garret Price shared 2022 projections and project updates with Albuquerque Business First’s Ron Davis in a recent conversation.
“As of late December, vertical construction on the first phases of the Aspire community in southwest Albuquerque and Los Diamantes in Rio Rancho is underway, company founder Garret Price said. In the first quarter of 2022, development will start on phase two for both of those communities along with phase two of Colibri in Santa Fe.”
He also shared that they balance our the opportunities with the current challenges in the market by being strategic about how they can deliver more lots in 2022.
He added, “It’s a big year, you just have to balance it with some of the cost increases. One way we’re doing it is pre-purchasing materials and locking in prices now.”
