(Albuquerque, NM.)—March 28, 2023 – Albuquerque-based Price Land Development Group (Price) continues to do their part to address the ongoing housing crisis in New Mexico by delivering more than 700 new residential lots throughout the market. The deeply rooted New Mexico company is providing options for a diverse group of homebuyers, from entry level to move-up in communities in and around Albuquerque and Santa Fe.

By the end of April 2023, Price is expected to release a combined 715 lots, 155 in the Aspire community in southwest Albuquerque, 270 in Los Diamantes in south Rio Rancho, 116 in Colibri in Santa Fe and 174 in the Mariposa community in northern Rio Rancho.

These new lots bring the total number of lots delivered in the last 24 months to 1492, an unprecedented impact in the market. “To say it is great to see these lots delivered would be an understatement,” said Lana Smiddle, Executive Director of Home Builders Association of Central New Mexico. “We have growing industries here, and a growing need for quality homes. Garret and his team understand that and we’re grateful for their tireless work to help address the need. What they are providing accounts for 30 percent of the lots needed to meet the current demand.”
