Brian Anderson joined Price Land Development in April of 2023 and serves as Vice President of Construction. Brian brings more than 20 years of homebuilding expertise to the team including proficiency in land acquisition, entitlement and development, product design, contracts and construction.
By the end of April 2023, Price is expected to release a combined 715 lots, 155 in the Aspire community in southwest Albuquerque, 270 in Los Diamantes in south Rio Rancho, 116 in Colibri in Santa Fe and 174 in the Mariposa community in northern Rio Rancho.
The 710-lot development, proposed by Esencia Holdings LLC, would have a minimum of 608 single-family homes, 80 of which would be offered at rates considered affordable, or below the market value.
