Aspire #1 Active Project in Albuquerque MSA

Albuquerque-based Price Land Development Group (Price) is proud to share their Aspire project for builder D.R. Horton is the top active project in the Albuquerque MSA according to Zonda’s recent May 2024 reports. Previously the top active community in 2018, the 83-acre Aspire community will ultimately deliver 506 entry-level homesites at a time when the market is in critical need of housing.

The Aspire Project’s Timeline

  • 151 Phase One Homes: Sold Out
  • 155 Phase Two Homes: Selling Quickly – 20 closings in April 2024
  • Phase Three: 83 lots are currently under development
  • Phase Four: 117 final lots anticipated to be complete in early 2025
  • Final phases are two years ahead of original underwriting assumptions
