Price acquired, designed, entitled, platted and engineered 41 lots in the masterplan of Mariposa, in Rio Rancho, New Mexico. In 2020, Price sold the land to DR Horton, one of the largest and most successful home builders in the country. Especially significant, this was the first raw land purchase by DR Horton within the market in over a decade. Planning and platting of Jemez Vista required advanced expertise in managing topographic assets, challenges and restraints while also minimizing expense to meet the requirements of a national builder.

DR Horton has retained Price to serve as the fee developer. Development of all 41 lots began in early June 2020, and were delivered on time and on budget. All lots will be completed and delivered by end of 2020.
