Esencia de Santa Fe Grand Opening Celebrates Phase 1 Completion

We are grateful to everyone who joined us for the successful grand opening of Esencia de Santa Fe, a Price Land Development master-planned community. The event marked an important milestone for this 277-acre development in Santa Fe and reflected the strong support from our partners, community members, and future residents.

We are also pleased that Esencia de Santa Fe was featured in Albuquerque Business First, which highlighted the completion of Phase 1 and the continued progress of this growing community. We appreciate the opportunity to share this achievement and recognize the collaboration that made it possible.

Celebrating a Successful Grand Opening and Phase 1 Completion

We are proud to celebrate the completion of Phase 1 at Esencia de Santa Fe, which includes approximately 180 homesites with homes currently under construction. These homes are built in partnership with D.R. Horton and Pulte Homes and represent the first major residential offering within the community. The grand opening allowed attendees to tour the neighborhood, explore model homes, and experience the vision of a thoughtfully planned master-planned community. We are thankful to everyone who attended and helped make the event a success.

We also recognize the importance of the infrastructure investments that support Esencia de Santa Fe. As noted in the Albuquerque Business First article, more than $14 million has been invested in infrastructure improvements, including roadway expansion along Avenida del Sur and utility system enhancements. These improvements are critical to supporting long-term growth and ensuring the community is built on a strong and sustainable foundation.
