Price provided due diligence assistance, entitlement and preliminary engineering coordination as well as construction and project management including estimating, cash flow creation and budget management. Price served as development CM from start to finish, delivering 154 lots on time and on budget.

Price engaged with LGI to assist with due diligence and entitlements in Dec 2017. Single family residential lots were fee developed by Price in two phases of 88 lots and 66 lots. Development on Phase I began in summer 2018 and the final Phase 2 lots were delivered early 2020.
