Brian Anderson joined Price Land Development in April of 2023 and serves as Vice President of Construction. Brian brings more than 20 years of homebuilding expertise to the team including proficiency in land acquisition, entitlement and development, product design, contracts and construction. A dedicated and driven construction professional, Brian has been recognized as a top performer proven to thrive under pressure and in challenging circumstances, with a focus on meeting deliverables.

Anderson began his professional career in Dallas, Texas and accrued experience in several markets across the country including Florida, Colorado, California, most recently Arizona, and now back home to New Mexico. His leadership roles with homebuilding organizations coast-to-coast and exposure to the wide-ranging market nuances therein, provided Anderson extensive knowledge regarding various aspects of the homebuilding process as well as how to confidently navigate industry fluctuations and opportunities.

Most recently as Land Planning and Entitlement Manager for respected builder Pulte Homes, Brian oversaw land planning and entitlements, engineering and permitting for the Phoenix market.

Throughout his career Brian has earned a reputation as a hard-working and organized team leader able to create and retain an energetic and motivated team, specializing in delivering quality homes, communities and satisfied customers.

With a degree in Business Administration and Finance from New Mexico State University and additional coursework in Civil Engineering and Construction Management, Brian brings a wealth of capabilities and leadership experience to Price as the company looks to grow its Construction Services division. He looks forward to bringing additional much-needed quality housing to the Albuquerque market and creating desirable communities for families.
