Located on 83 acres in Southwest Albuquerque, Aspire provides a well-designed master plan with seven acres of landscaped areas and parks, community gardens and social gathering areas for both young families and singles who desire a healthy and authentic social experience within their community.

Price Land Development Group is partnering with National home builder DR Horton to develop 506 lots within this gated community.

Initial work on the first phase of 151 lots began in April 2021, planned for completion in early 2022. All of Aspire’s four phases are projected to be complete by February 2027.

The community’s design will complement the desert southwest surroundings. Aspire is part of the Atrisco Heritage Academy High School community.
