Bedrock is a new Build-to-Rent community in northwest Albuquerque that will feature 202 townhomes and 142 single family detached homes with two amenity/leasing centers as well as co-working areas, pet-friendly parks, BBQ areas, pools, fitness centers, spas and a clubhouse. As New Mexico’s largest residential project within a Qualified Opportunity Zone, the 37-acre project generates jobs, increases tax revenue and creates new housing options amidst Albuquerque’s housing shortage.

Bedrock’s location northwest of Albuquerque will appeal to individuals and families at various stages of life. A high-performing K-12 school is within walking distance of the development, Petroglyph National Monument is a few miles to the southeast, and Bedrock is just six miles from the extensive trail network of the Bosque which runs along the famous Rio Grande River. Additionally, several significant employers are within a half-hour drive of the property, including Netflix, NBC Universal, Amazon, Intel, Sandia Labs, and Meta.

Price Land Development Group is proud to have helped bring Bedrock from idea to reality, encouraging California-based LaTerra Development to choose Albuquerque for their first Build-to-Rent project. Price assisted with site selection, represented LaTerra as Buyer’s broker, led the team in procuring the necessary entitlements and assisted with pro-forma preparation. With the backing of opportunity-zone investment firm, Revitate, the support of City of Albuquerque City Councilor Dan Lewis and Bernalillo County Commissioner Walt Benson, as well as the talented planning team at City of Albuquerque, Bedrock is now set for completion in mid-2025.

Working with talented and skilled New Mexico based construction and supply teams, Price Land Development will serve as construction manager for the land development activities at Bedrock and act as Owner’s Representative throughout the vertical construction until completion.
