Jemez Vista at Mariposa

Jemez Vista marks Price Land Development Group’s inaugural land acquisition, located within the prestigious Mariposa master-planned community in Rio Rancho, New Mexico. The project encompassed the design, entitlement, platting, and engineering of 41 residential lots. In 2020, Price sold the land to DR Horton—the nation’s largest homebuilder—in what was notably their first raw land purchase in the market in over a decade. The planning and platting process demanded advanced expertise in navigating complex topography and site constraints, all while managing costs to align with national builder standards.

Following the sale, DR Horton entrusted Price to serve as the fee developer, overseeing full site development. Construction commenced in June 2020, and all 41 lots were completed on time and within budget, with final delivery achieved in Q1 2021.
